Construction of a seven-bedroom townhouse in Ibadan Oyo state
- Architectural Design and Planning:
We collaborated with architects and interior designers to develop a detailed architectural plan for the townhouse. The design included spacious bedrooms, modern bathrooms, living and dining areas, a kitchen, and auxiliary spaces such as a home office, garage, and recreational areas. - Site Preparation and Foundation Work:
The construction began with comprehensive site preparation, including land clearing, leveling, and setting out. This was followed by the laying of a solid foundation to ensure the structural integrity of the building. We used reinforced concrete and high-quality materials to support the townhouse's load-bearing capacity. - Structural Construction:
Our construction team executed the framing, brickwork, and roofing of the townhouse. This included the erection of walls, the installation of support beams, and the construction of a durable roof structure.
